Dear Everybody,
The bus drivers all recognize us now. We could just not buy
a monthly bus pass because they assume that we have one. My favorite bus driver
speaks six different languages. He always says, “Hi guys.” When he sees us,
which is the universal greeting from anyone who recognizes the missionaries. I
am not sure why. It is also what the director of the youth group that we work
with here in Wilhelmshaven said to us when he saw us. I haven’t even heard him
speak English before. One of the bus drivers stopped me so that he could read
my name tag today. I gave him a card. Follow up will be super easy.
In other news, spring has officially begun as indicated by
the massive frog migration. There are warning signs in neighborhoods about it.
Drive carefully.
