Dear Everybody,
One of our friends entered the waters of baptism this week. Günther was baptized on the 26th of April. My companion, Elder Wipf, performed the baptism. It is always wonderful to see someone who is ready to make and keep sacred covenants. I know that it will be a blessing to him.
But it will not only be a blessing to him. It will be a blessing to many others as well. His mother will soon be meeting with the missionaries. He will also have the opportunity to go to the temple and perform the ordinance that he has received for his deceased children. He will eventually be able to be sealed to his wife, who is already on the other side of the veil. He will bless others with his priesthood, and his service.
Sharing the Gospel with one person has the power to affect many. The Plan of Salvation is a reality.
